What is implemented, demonstrated or proposed?

Implemented in this edition: responsive presentation, restored artwork, regional cards, objective-to-program mapping and original comparison.

Existing software: the source contains the training application and public program pages. Their presence does not verify current service availability.

Demonstration: the existing alert walkthrough uses synthetic information and human-review steps; it is not an operational child-protection service.

Proposed: regional coordination, partner activation and service delivery require confirmed people, agreements and operating arrangements.

Recovered resource and QR pages

The original resource artwork and QR page are preserved in the comparison archive. Historical QR destinations have not been validated, so this edition does not make them active links or create replacement codes.

Illustrations were recovered from photographed pages. They preserve visual provenance; they do not establish endorsements, partnerships or capabilities.

Recovery and review

The restored concept preserves recovered artwork and the five original objectives. Newly written explanations are editorial additions. Historical photographs and the comparison remain in private owner-review files. A recovered 12-page historical PDF establishes its own page order and provides native artwork. The editable Canva source and any earlier editions remain unverified. Historical QR graphics did not decode; the review package’s separate QR assets are not established as original destinations. The jurisdiction map uses generalized U.S. Census Bureau boundaries for geographic orientation only. No trafficking routes, service regions or live tracking are shown.
